These Terms & Conditions govern use of the BENIES LLC website and the submission of wholesale inquiries. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Product names, descriptions, images, specifications and case-pack references are provided for general catalog and procurement guidance. They may be representative and are subject to change. Final manufacturer, brand, formulation, packaging, dimensions, compatibility, regulatory labeling and availability must be confirmed in a written quotation, order confirmation or applicable product documentation.
Quotes are not automatic acceptance
